Terms & license

Last updated 2026-10-01. These terms cover purchases made on gethaulmath.com. Purchases on Etsy are also subject to Etsy's policies.

1. What you're buying

HaulMath sells digital files (Excel .xlsx spreadsheets) and a membership (the Vault) that gives access to a library of those files. Checkout and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax and VAT. You receive a download link on the receipt page and by email.

2. License

When you buy a file or join the Vault you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own business — personal or commercial use, on as many of your own trucks, computers and devices as you like, by you and the people who work in your business. Independent dispatchers may use the files to serve their own clients.

You may edit the files freely for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, share, give away, post, or redistribute the files or any modified version of them, in whole or in part, or use them as the basis for a product you sell. The formulas, layouts and text remain the intellectual property of HaulMath.

Fleet or multi-business licensing (for example, a dispatch company that wants to hand files to its client carriers) is available by arrangement; email us.

3. Refunds

Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. Please read the product page, including the tab list and FAQ, before buying.

The exception is a file error: if a formula, dropdown or layout in a file does not work as described, email us within 30 days of purchase with the file name, tab and cell. We will fix the file and send you the corrected version, and if we can't fix it, refund you.

Vault memberships can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Past payments are not refunded; access continues to the end of the paid period.

4. Not tax, legal or compliance advice

HaulMath files are calculation tools. They do arithmetic on the numbers you type. They are not tax, legal, accounting or compliance advice, and they do not contain current tax rates, fees or regulatory thresholds — those are inputs you look up with the agencies named in each file. Verify rates and deadlines with your tax professional and the relevant agencies before you file, pay or decide anything.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The files are provided "as is". We test every formula, but we cannot guarantee a file is error-free or suits your particular operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaulMath is not liable for any loss, including lost profit, penalties, interest or missed deadlines, arising from use of the files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the file or membership in question.

6. Updates

We may update files to fix errors or add features. Buyers on gethaulmath.com can re-download the current version from their receipt link. We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely, and we may retire a file.

7. AI disclosure

HaulMath templates are designed using AI tools for layout and formulas, then reviewed, recalculated and tested by a person. Every formula in every file is visible and editable.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the files after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law and contact
